iPod Noticias, first site in Spanish language devoted to the iPod

August 18, 2004 -- iPod Noticias http://www.ipodnoticias.com is the first Spanish site covering exclusively the iPod, Apple's revolutionary digital music player. Featuring news and reviews, it joins a worldwide network of eight select iPod sites. iPod Noticias will soon feature an online store with selected and hard-to-find accessories for the iPod.

With the recent introduction of the 4G models, worldwide availability of the Mini and the expected release next Fall of the iTunes Music Store in Spain, interest in the iPod is expected to raise. iPod Noticias will be covering all news, reviewing every cool gadget, and importing and selling the best accessories to the Spanish market.

iPod Noticias is directed by Jorge Otero, musician, record company CEO and technology enthusiast. His pioneering use of mp3 promotion took his band, Stormy Mondays http://www.stormymondays.com to Woodstock '99, making it the only Spanish band to ever play the festival. A couple of years later, he created the first "moblog", maintaining an online tour-diary using the first PDA that could integrate a mobile phone and photo camera.
